I originally created Calming & Uplifting Aromatherapy Spray during a time when I found myself feeling unusually tense and overwhelmed, even though life was good. It wasn’t until later that I realised these changes were part of the natural hormonal changes that can occur during menopause.

Wanting a natural way to create a more peaceful environment, I began blending pure essential oils traditionally valued in aromatherapy for their calming, balancing and uplifting aromas. The result was a beautifully harmonious spray that quickly became part of my daily routine—and one I simply had to share with others.
