Just a Side Note: Our skin is the first sign of dehydration, so it’s important to drink plenty of water. A daily intake of about 2 to 3 liters of water with a pinch of celtic salt (excluding coffee, tea, or soft drinks) will support your skin’s hydration from the inside out.
