Magnesium plays a vital role in the body in fact it helps with over 350 different functions. Scientists have now found out that magnesium is just as important as is calcium. In fact if we don’t have enough magnesium then we cannot absorb calcium, we need both to function well.
If you are deficient in magnesium your muscles can be abnormally tight. Magnesium makes muscles relax; calcium does the opposite. If you have too much calcium and not enough magnesium, your muscles become tense and tight. When magnesium levels are deficient, you can be walking around as tight as a drum and don’t know why you are experiencing anger, apathy, apprehension, confusion, eye twitches, fatigue, insomnia, muscle weakness, nervousness, poor concentration, poor memory, a racing heart, and trembling.
One of the ways that we can get more magnesium is through transdermal therapy which is really just applying magnesium oil spray to our skin. Our skin has the ability to absorb magnesium through the skin. It will absorb all that it needs and stops once it has efficient levels. We really need to be applying it every day to achieve maximum levels of magnesium. By spraying our skin with 5 sprays we will receive 400mg which is the recommended daily intake. You can apply it anywhere on the body
Magnesium oil benefits can help with many different aliments such as:
- Aches and pains in joints including arthritis
- Not sleeping well
- Restless leg syndrome
- Stress and tension
- Anxiety not thinking clearly
- Diabetes
- Heart problems
- Muscle cramps and twitching
By applying magnesium oil to your skin daily you may see these conditions improve over time. Some people find that when they apply it they get a tingling or stinging sensation this is quite normal and a sign you are deficient by starting off with smaller doses and apply to the feet which are less sensitive. Then you can over time apply to other parts of the body and as you build up your levels. We also make a magnesium cream for people that have sensitive skin.
By applying magnesium oil to the skin our body can absorb it better than taking supplements. Magnesium supplements have known to cause different side effects in people as the intestines doesn’t readily absorb magnesium through the intestine wall but it ends up just being passed out when we go to the toilet and can cause diarrhea.
If you want to feel better then try magnesium oil.
Available in 3 different varieties Plain with no essential oils, Muscle & Joints and Calm and Relax have essential oils to help with those aliments.
