Soothing Muscle Balm

To help with the relief of joint and muscle pain, this balm is made of all-natural ingredients including essential oils to soothe and calm sore tired muscles and joints. Balms are great for massaging sore muscles and joints if you prefer a cream just to rub in then try our Arthritis cream.

This balm has been created without wintergreen. Wintergreen is an essential oil that is used a lot in muscle balms, the smell is what gives dencorub its smell which I am sure you’re familiar with. It’s now been frowned upon to be used in balms for humans as they are now saying it can be toxic and some people can have reactions from wintergreen. I read it so many times in research that I decided to create a balm without it.

There are so many essential oils we can use to help with sore joints, muscles, sprains, to help with pain relief we don’t really need wintergreen at all.

This balm is great for short term relief of pain. If you are feeling pain in joints and cramping muscles quite often then I urge you to research magnesium oil. When we are deficient in magnesium joint pain and cramps can be one of the signs of deficiency.
